2. If you've paid for a service and later change your mind, we will not issue a refund because there is no fault or issue with Compliance Manager's services.
3. Refund requests will not be accepted once the work has been shared with you due to a change of mind. However, we offer an alternative: you can use the amount you paid for another service from Compliance Manager's that equals the same value. The amount can be applied partially or in full towards the new service.
4. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of completing the purchase of a service or product, and this completion must have been confirmed through email or other forms of communication. Requests made after this period will not be considered valid.
If your refund request is approved by Compliance Manager's, we will process it and notify you by email. Please note that the refund process may take a minimum of 15 business days, and the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account. We handle refund requests with care to ensure you receive your money back as soon as possible.
